03e5207aa1 Fix: write() after clearGroup() does not actually write to file 
Although clearGroup() does not use $this->_File, it needs to be null-ed
so that subsequent write() call do not see stale object.

62660c6706 Re-assign $db after beforeSave. 
This allows model/behavior methods to change the datasource in the
beforeSave callback. If you use drivers from different SQL platforms
things will go very poorly.

64da4e75c4 Remove silly code. 
Changing the 12'th hour into 0 shouldn't be done when figuring out the
meridian, it makes sorting things out later more complicated. Remove
some duplicated code.

d01d291d13 Remove unused define. 
The LOG_ERROR constant is no longer used by the logging system. It is an
unused relic from 1.x. Additionally changing the value of ERROR to not
be error creates counterintuitive code.

c77c7a7347 Fix warning with FormHelper::inputs() 
introspectModel() can return non-array data sometimes. Casting avoids
warnings when forms are generate for models with no or faulty schema()
methods.

d8d8e9644d Fix array('disabled') and array('disabled' => true) working differently.

a7708c914f Remove test case that is no longer useful. 
It is impossible for the current test to ever fail in the test suite, as
PHPUnit will always be loaded.

386be52c71 Be compatible with PHPUnit installed with composer. 
Doing a class_exists() check is a simple way to check for PHPUnit being
installed via an autoloader. It also keeps things compatible with
a Vendor dir installation.

12a142d0ca Remove key-ordering sensitivity in fixtures 
Previously, the field order was effectively taken from the last record in the fixture, but the values were ordered according to the array_unique call above - primarily determined by the first record in the fixture.  If these two orders differed, values were added under the wrong keys.

7d84960b72 Remove appending to $errors on success/failure. 
Logging boolean values offers no real value, and just balloons memory

Using fixed iv values has a number of known problems like dictionary
attacks against the cipher key. Use a random iv value for all future
encrpyted values. Provide backwards compatibility for values encrypted
with fixed iv's, and silently upgrade values for enhanced security.

00abe27ef8 Breaking out the find so that it can be easily overloaded for caching 
Before this commit you have to do some hacks to cache model finds easily. When using
custom find methods like `find('foo')` => `_findFoo(...)` it is common for the
method to adjust the query params.

Trying to cache a query using a hash of the query params :

	function find($type, $query) {
		$query = $this->_beforeFind($query);
		$cacheKey = $type . '_' . md5(selialize($query));

		$cache = Cache::read($cachKey, 'my_cache');
		if ($cacheKey !== false) {
			return $cache;
		}

		$results = $this->_afterFind($type, $query);
		Cache::write($cacheKey, $results, 'my_cache');

		return $results;
	}

Before this commit you either have to completely overload find and rewrite it in the AppModel or call
the before to get the modified `$query` and let cake run the before again.

82f34c4cb3 Don't set "required" attribute for checkboxes (unless explicitly specified). 
Adding it prevents user from submitting form with checkbox unchecked when the "boolean" validation rule is specified for the field.

bcb3eb89dc Before this change 0.00 and '0.00' are treated differently. Floats from the database are returned as the string 
version while doing calculations will normally end up as floats.

This causes output differences on pages like order totals or invoices where there is a mix of calculated values
and database values.

	Number::currency(0.00, 'GBP') -> &#163;0.00
	Number::currency('0.00', 'GBP') -> 0p

Both versions will return `&#163;0.00` (or whatever 0 is configured to return).

8af76a5662 Closes ticket #3080 in CakePHP Lighthouse (http://cakephp.lighthouseapp.com/projects/42648/tickets/3080-hashflatten-endless-loop-on-single-0-int-keys). 
Hash::flatten has a bug which causes an endless loop when try to flatten an integer key.
Probably the $data array pointer won't reset itself when doing:

$data = $element

and

list($data, $path) = array_pop($stack)

The solution is to reset the pointer after the assignments.

75f654b87b Fix double encoding in JsHelper request methods. 
The urls were being HTML & URL encoded, this causes issues with URL's

2ba117eeda Handle MissingViewExceptions better. 
When Router::parseExtensions() is enabled for a file extension
that does not map to a view an infinite loop of attempting to render
View/$ext/error500.ctp will be entered. When catching
a MissingViewException check if we were trying to render an
error500. If we were, revert to safe rendering as we might enter a loop.

2a8ebcea60 Exclude value attribute from generated file inputs. 
Having a value attribute present causes HTML validation errors in HTML5

Apply patch from 'Christian Buffin' to fix validateMany() and
validateAssociated() when atomic=false & deep=true are used in

3083b01f7d Fix exceptions being thrown in beforeFilter breaking error pages. 
If an exception was raised in the AppController::beforeFilter(),
requests for content-type responses would render as HTML. Extracting the
startupProcess() allows us to keep a reference to the error controller,
which can be used to force startup RequestHandlerComponent if its
enabled.

Use the stream API and enable SSL certificate validation. This

    Association's foreignKey doesn't get saved when saving hasMany associations since it's not in the model's whitelist after validation.
    This happens if you don't send the foreignKey with the associated records data.

When combining saveAssociated() with validate=first and

8035b37df2 Only set $request->data with PUT/DELETE when it can be decoded. 
Setting $request->data to the raw put data isn't overly useful unless it
can be decoded.  Generally $request->data is expected to be an array,
when its a string things can go funny.

3729ac1f2f Fix issue where the incorrect meridian would be selected. 
When combining 12 hour format, interval and afternoon times, the
incorrect meridian would be selected.  Moving the hour math into
FormHelper::hour() makes that method generally more correct and lenient
on its input.

Logging scopes should be exclusive and not allow messages matching on

6f3e6c10a1 Adding a check to the object before use 
For some reason that I have not been able to figure out yet the object is
returned as null.  This is causing some exceptions when trying to access
properties that dont exist.

FatalErrorException: "Call to a member function getAssociated() on a non-object"

Test still pass with the added check.

Add a compatibility shim into CakeEventManager to fix `null` not
breaking model callbacks.  This was a regression created when model
callbacks were re-factored to use the event manager. This code should be
removed in 3.x as its inconsistent with events used everywhere else in
the framework.

fba17cffe9 Move OptionParser initialization out of try block.

For backwards compatibility, acl.ini.php will be treated specially until 3.0.
