240c8718eb Implement SSL peer verification in HttpSocket 
Use the stream API and enable SSL certificate validation. This
increases the security features of HttpSocket, and provides easy access
to the stream context options.  SSL related configuration should be
prefixed with 'ssl_'.

8035b37df2 Only set $request->data with PUT/DELETE when it can be decoded. 
Setting $request->data to the raw put data isn't overly useful unless it
can be decoded.  Generally $request->data is expected to be an array,
when its a string things can go funny.

b9ee4fc9f1 URL decode redirect urls.

59f84024e5 Handle REQUEST_URI with domain names properly. 
Don't depend on parse_url() as it fails with corrupted urls.  Instead
use FULL_BASE_URL to prepare an absolute path.

790a53d794 Revert "sort the mimeTypes map alphabetically" 
This reverts commit 90ae2df38e.

The mime type is used by CakeResponse::mapType to determine which mime
type maps to which alias. As this is done in the order of the mimetype
map the mimetype map is order sensitive.

150c9fc6a3 Remove parse_str() its buggy and wrong. 
parse_str() replaces `.` with _ and drops duplicated keys, which is
incorrect.  Replace parse_str with an updated version of parseQuery

83b28c42cf Fix failing tests and missing boundary markers. 
When sending html + text emails, there were duplicate multipart/alternative sections

0e4af546d6 Update sending attachments. 
Both inline and external attachments, as well as mixed sets of
inline and external attachments should work now.  Re-built the internals
of message rendering to remove duplication and redundant code paths.

b7f6645cec Fix issue with url parsing and /? 
PHP's parse_url fails to parse url's containing
`/?`.  It returns false instead of something useful.

22352a0227 Fix missing directory in dispatcher with rewrite off. 
When re-writing is disabled, and the deployment directory
contains either 'app' or 'webroot' the computed path was
incorrect.

8e69df9013 Revert "Fix RedirectRoute by stopping execution." 
This reverts commit 841e7aa560.

Having _stop() on CakeResponse seemed like the wrong place to stop
execution.  It can make testing with redirects harder.
Instead RedirectRoute should be stopping execution.

32b48ecc7c Fix issue with missing base on redirect route. 
The request data wasn't set in Router when redirect routes are processed.
This caused the base to become missing. This causes issues with applications
running in a subdirectory.

841e7aa560 Fix RedirectRoute by stopping execution. 
If CakeResponse sends a Location header, it will stop execution.
This fixes issues with where a body would be sent with redirect headers.
Tests updated.
