f799d1c056 Add absolute path to cake/vendors. 
When the app + cake are on different paths, `VENDORS` is incorrect, and
the built-in repo/vendors directory is not reachable by the default
paths.

49a48ced89 Don't restrict to BASE_TABLE. 
This allows Views, and custom table types
to be connected to models in SqlServer.
