9b857e9f36 Added camelCase check for setTablePrefix. setTablePrefix now fires on PHP5. Closes #5147

8a30290862 Fixes #4883 Duplicated component name 
Removed bad test since AppController::beforeFilter() is now run when Controller::constructClasses() is called.
Fixed bug with App::import() not caching properly.
More performance changes
