7f0f224c56 Fix missing preg_quote around highlight searches. 
Highlight strings should be literal values not regexp fragments.

6bf6d79979 Removing 'cake' domain from core. 
This domain was supposed to be replaced by cake_dev.
There are a number of translations that should be App land as well.
Such as those in helpers.

6ab59a447c Fix create() and onsubmit option. 
Removing support for onSubmit variant.  Additional
choices are not necessary. Fixing onsubmit option
not correctly working.

333f36585b Added 'integer' => 'number' for HTML5 
Located in $map in the `FormHelper::input()` method. This means that if a field input is related to an integer column in the database, it will show up as a number input in the HTML5 form (where supported) yet gracefully degrade.
