(from object cache) that it didn't know how to find.

Moved check for CakePlugin::loaded() out of if statement in CakeTestLoader::_basePath(). Plugin will only be loaded when the plugin tests are requested.

The define statement in skel/webroot/index.php contains dots. Added \.
to the search pattern so that bake will update the core path in
webroot/index.php
