Fix prefix = false in connect()
...
Connecting routes with a prefix = false created an un-matchable route.
Ignore falsey prefix values when setting up prefixes.
Fixes #2479

Router::connect and Router::defaultRouteClass both validate the routeClass
now using Router::_validateRouteClass
