64eb38a953 Fix disabled + SecurityComponent 
Disabled inputs should be omitted from the secured fields.
This will enable forms to submit successfully as long as those
inputs stay excluded from the form submission.

6e1b1df2b2 Change serialize to _serialize 
Its possible that a developer would use 'serialize' as a legitimate
view variable.  Prefix with an _ to minimize that.

cfbc43671e Starting content type specific error pages. 
- Adding RequestHandler to the error controller.  This allows reuse
  of all of Cake's internals.
- Adding a simple JsonView class to do serialized JSON views.
- Adding serialize hooks, and wiring things together.

c8ab4ad05b Fix issue in TimeHelper with translated values. 
LC_TIME files using unicode code points would incorrectly display.
Use either the Multibyte class or mbstring to correctly detect
and convert values.

TextHelper::autoLink, autoLinkEmails, and autoLinkUrls now all
escape HTML by default, this can be disabled using the escape => false option.

d62351eb36 Revert the changes done to remove the 'cake' domain 
After some discussion, polutting the app POT file
with unchanging Cake strings was incorrect.  Having these
strings in a separate POT file allows reuse of translations across
projects.

333f36585b Added 'integer' => 'number' for HTML5 
Located in $map in the `FormHelper::input()` method. This means that if a field input is related to an integer column in the database, it will show up as a number input in the HTML5 form (where supported) yet gracefully degrade.
