6d9b709c7a Fix method signatures of database drivers. 
They were incompatible with Datasource.
Add tests for MySQL and SQLite as their implementation changed a bit.
Update docs for Postgres.

6bf6d79979 Removing 'cake' domain from core. 
This domain was supposed to be replaced by cake_dev.
There are a number of translations that should be App land as well.
Such as those in helpers.

0a70963a74 Removed creation of unneeded file handle object in FileEngine::write(). Added configuration option 'mask' to FileEngine::. Now able to provide a permission mask to create cache files with specific permissions. 
Set '0664' as default value for the 'mask' setting in FileEngine::. Adjusted corresponding test cases.
Added new warning if the file could not be opened for writing.

4090b3e8c6 Fix content-type detection to accomodate jQuery. 
Add tests for jQuery content type strings.
Refactor tests, add in missing assertions and missing parent calls.
The new behavior is more lenient and allows for a single requested
content type to switch the view type.

Disabling source caching when using fixtures fixes

aa7448e3ed Fixing incorrect exit codes on console exceptions. 
Uncaught exceptions on the console would result in exit code 0.
This is not helpful in *nix scripting.

- Update the ConsoleErrorHandler to not inherit from the web error handler.
- Make ErrorHandler::_mapErrorCode() public as it isn't overly private.
- Make ConsoleErrorHandler methods instance methods so mocking can be done.
- Add a _stop method to correctly exit.
- Update tests.

84f805419d Fixing issue where DbConfigTask would try to rebuild 
database configuration.

This could happen when using commands like `Console/cake bake controller`.
Using ConnectionManager ensures that the database config file will be loaded
if its available.

af4b0c9c1b Make DboSource::lastError() fallback to the connection. 
If there is no argument the connection error should be checked
for an error.
Add a test for most of lastError().  Mocking PDO is a pain.

59e306526f Adding 'vendors' alias to App 
- Vendor is the new directory name, and a legacy mapping should exist.
  This makes App::path() match App::import() and all other packages.
- Add an alias for plugins -> Plugin.  It also was missing the alias,
  that matches the new style package names.

bb3a1d546b Fixing RequesHandler::prefers(). It was previously entirely wrong. 
It took the ordered list of accept types, and blindly assumed
the first in the list was the most preferred.  This is an incorrect
assumption to make, as all types with the same q value are equal.

- Using CakeRequest::parseAccept() to access only the most preferred
content types.
- Using in_array() to check for the desired type.
- Updating tests for RequestHandler.

6acf024a2b Fixing incorrect keying for ext routing parameter. It was 
nested under params[url][ext].  This makes it unlike
all other routing parameters.  Having the nested value
also makes reversing requests harder, and generating urls more
difficult.
Adding a test for Router::reverse() and extensions.

Located in $map in the `FormHelper::input()` method. This means that if a field input is related to an integer column in the database, it will show up as a number input in the HTML5 form (where supported) yet gracefully degrade.

c6c1bf110d Fixing caching of class loading in App class, this was broken after a recent refactoring 
Additionally a new property $bootstrapping is added to App, this is set during the bootstrap process to indicate that classes loaded before the caching is initialized should not trigger the cache write routine.

9d7c97c296 Adding the "returnQuery" key to the 2nd argument of the find() method to be able to get the query array back from the before state of findMethod() calls. 2bc58a5abd Added check if Router::getRequest(false) is returning a CakeRequest or null in ExceptionRenderer::_getController(). Fixes 'call to undefined method here()' when having Exceptions raised without valid request set to the Router in testsuite (i.e. undefined database config 'test'). Fixes #1678 .

Quite often cake will issue setup errors which a user will not see
because they are immediately cleared. Users continue using the cli

63275626ee Adding backwards compatible cookie reading back into CookieComponent. 
Cookie values using the 1.x formatting will be read, and upon next write
be converted to json encoded values.

010feb2092 prevent surpirses with Folder not being available. 
Previously loading File would load Folder also - that's not true with
the new changes, ensure that the Folder class is regsitered with
App::users when the Folder class is used.

65121a4292 apc is disabled on the cli by default 
Therefore, on the cli if the extension is loaded - it's necessary to
check if it's also enabled. Otherwise on the cli there will be no cache.

a7a076dbee Fixing ExceptionRenderer so it can render exceptions that are subclasses 
of CakeException that do not have custom templates, like ConfigureException.
Removing $lastError as it doesn't work.
