9296f770d5 Adding SecurityComponent::$csrfLimit 
This property allows you to control the number of tokens
that will be kept active.  Its possible to make really large
CSRF collection sizes.  Capping the number of tokens allows developers
to better control session sizes.

e421b3bc8f Adding SecurityComponent::generateToken() 
This method allows end developers to add the csrf tokens
manually, if they aren't added automatically.

Tokens are cheap to generate, simplifying the logic
makes things a bit easier to understand.

22352a0227 Fix missing directory in dispatcher with rewrite off. 
When re-writing is disabled, and the deployment directory
contains either 'app' or 'webroot' the computed path was
incorrect.

0f71254fe1 Fix double inflection in bake all <foo> 
ViewTask re-pluralizes the model name.  Sometimes this leads to
things like Menuses which is totally wrong.

7f68699fcd Fix return values in Cache. 
The documentation indicates that false/or the value will be returnned.
Using both null and false to indicate failure is confusing.  Use only
false to indicate failure.  It might be better in the future to use
exceptions for trying to read/write on missing cache configs.

8e38f666b7 allow baking models with missing tables - even for rdbms 
test updated to reflect expected new expected behavior. If you bake a
model with the table missing, if forced to run skip any part of the
process that would result in an exception.

c8ab4ad05b Fix issue in TimeHelper with translated values. 
LC_TIME files using unicode code points would incorrectly display.

aab8e98531 Configure ClassRegistry in test mode 
CR::config accepts 'testing' key to indicate a test run.
When this flag is set, CR::init() will use 'test' datasource,
or append 'test_' prefix to a model's useDbConfig value if
the datasource configured.

6e4493cc14 Fix ambiguous content types in RequestHandler. 
Treat xhtml + html as content types that should trigger no
response/extension setting.  They are different but similar in
that they both generally use the same HTML templates.

61d6a720d6 Add test for using autoMock and multiple redirects. 
Having multiple redirects and not calling generate() before each test, or
using autoMock results in an exit.  This is related to
[c5ca10ca69] where controller re-use was removed.

Only varchar(36) was interpreted as a uuid.  char(36)
should also be treated this way.  Most documentation refers
to this type.  Also char(x) fields should be treated as strings,
not text.

TextHelper::autoLink, autoLinkEmails, and autoLinkUrls now all
escape HTML by default, this can be disabled using the escape => false option.

After some discussion, polutting the app POT file
with unchanging Cake strings was incorrect.  Having these
strings in a separate POT file allows reuse of translations across
projects.

This reverts commit 841e7aa560.

Having _stop() on CakeResponse seemed like the wrong place to stop
execution.  It can make testing with redirects harder.
Instead RedirectRoute should be stopping execution.

c5ca10ca69 Remove controller reuse between testAction() calls. 
Reusing controllers between various testAction calls would
mean that calls that needed to render views, would break on the
second call to testAction().  Controllers are rebuilt for each testAction()
call now.

0a70963a74 Removed creation of unneeded file handle object in FileEngine::write(). Added configuration option 'mask' to FileEngine::. Now able to provide a permission mask to create cache files with specific permissions. 
Set '0664' as default value for the 'mask' setting in FileEngine::. Adjusted corresponding test cases.
Added new warning if the file could not be opened for writing.

4090b3e8c6 Fix content-type detection to accomodate jQuery. 
Add tests for jQuery content type strings.
Refactor tests, add in missing assertions and missing parent calls.
The new behavior is more lenient and allows for a single requested
content type to switch the view type.
