2f616a9e0c Fix greedy regex operators in Postgres driver. 
`*` is greedy in regex, and needs to be escaped so that SQL operators
don't cause invalid SQL conditions to be created.

1877cab341 Fix UUID primary key columns not being reflected properly. 
When UUID columns are converted into varchar(36) they should also be
default = null, null = false.

03c2a8b722 Unify datetime column default values between MySQL and Postgres. 
Datetime columns should have 'default' => null, in both Postgres and
MySQL.

7cfa0116f4 Removed "PHP 5" from file header DocBlocks 
This statement does not serve a purpose anymore.
In a long forgotten world it indicated the main version number of PHP which the code in the file was compatible to.
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/standards.sample.php
But since PHP 5.1 and later this is only marginally true.
Thus I propose to remove it from CakePHP.

55dcb9c3b3 Implement resetSequence() 
This is an optional method in DboSource that allows datasources to
resetSequence values in tables.  This is useful for datasources like
Postgres, and makes using fixtures much easier.

Fixes #3026
