975e4452d2 Fixing Xml parsing where multiple child elements of the same name, with no value are collapsed causing data errors when Xml object was converted to an array. Test cases from 'burzum' added.

6a34c9ef31 Fixing Model::saveAll() PHP4 compatibility. Minor API change in __save(). __save() no longer takes a model instance as the first parameter. Because of Model implementation details in PHP4 this caused broken references. Fixes #6389, #6223

16eb51e91c Adding ControllerMergeVarsTestCase to more extensively test merging of vars in Controller::__mergeVars. 
Fixing issue where components declared in AppController would get doubled settings if no components were declared in subclasses.

e3b027288b Removing unused setting in Session configuration. 
Fixed bug in CakeSession::watch(); that allowed setting multiple vars to watch and CakeSession::ignore(); would only unset the first one found.
Fixed errors being thrown when testing database sessions and the database was dropped before script process ended.

c53c28760f closes #5968, refs #5798, reverts [7893], when dependent is true, conditions are not respected on HABTM associations when deleting parent record. [7893] would result in orphaned records. If more fine grained control is needed, create a model for the join table and handle it on an application/applicaiton basis.

760f79f4ec Closes #1855, Separate translation files per plugin. This is now supported using !__d() and !__dn(). 
Example singular usage: !__d('plugin_name', $string, true); returns translated singular string from pluginsPath/plugin_name/locale/"language"/LC_MESSAGE/plugin_name.(po/mo).
	Example plural usage: sprintf(!__dn('plugin_name', '%d = 1', '%d = 0 or > 1', $number, true), $number ); returns translated plural strings from pluginsPath/plugin_name/locale/"language"/LC_MESSAGE/plugin_name.(po/mo).
Closes #5007, Support for multiple additional locale paths. Configure::write('localePaths', $paths); accepts an array of $paths. $localePaths = array(); can also be used in bootstrap.php
Added Configure::$shellPaths; additional paths can be set in bootstrap.php $shellPaths = array();

b6f9e1e537 Correcting scaffold view file implementation. Was incorrectly using separate add and edit templates. Changes bring scaffold templates more inline with bake templates.

768e25c4fd Updating Controller::paginate(). Custom paginate() and paginateCount() methods now receive $extra params similar to find('all') and find('count') do. Allows the use of things like 'contain' with custom paginate() methods.

80b6e027c1 Fixed infinite recursion on missingHelper error triggered by missing helper defined in AppController. MissingHelpers are now removed from the helpers array to prevent recursion. Closes #5010.

Removed bad test since AppController::beforeFilter() is now run when Controller::constructClasses() is called.
Fixed bug with App::import() not caching properly.
More performance changes

4dfe7333b7 FormHelper::error() can now be passed the tag to wrap the error message in. 
FormHelper::input() can now be passed the tag to wrap the input element in; same applies to the tag that wraps the error message.
Corrected date format in Form test testMonth().
