e609875754 Updating Model::invalidFields, so returning false from beforeValidate() will abort both the validation and saving() of the record. 
Tests added to check beforeSave, beforeValidate, and beforeDelete return values.

17edec8460 Changin how HttpSocket parses query string parameters. Makes HttpSocket querystring parameter parsing more congruent with how PHP handles query string parameters in that it doesn't require urlencoded characters.

Added enabled() to all the core dbo's.

Removing Controller::$pageTitle and View::$pageTitle.
Instead you should set('title_for_layout', $val) from your view or controller.

baea319122 Applying patch from 'Dremora' fixes JavascriptHelper::codeBlock() and blockEnd() bugs where content vanished due to incorrectly structured buffers. Minor behavior change in that codeBlock(null) no longer returns an opening script tag. The entire script tag is returned when blockEnd() is called. 
Test cases updated and refactored.
Fixes #6504
