faeb7b4536 Fix error creating schema files. 
If you removed app/Config/Schema and tried to create
schema files, you'd get an error instead of a file.

0cfec525b2 Allow SqlServer to execute procs correctly. 
Both SELECT and EXECUTE statements should go through
the parent method as they could fetch results.

49a48ced89 Don't restrict to BASE_TABLE.
