* Initialize $params to null
* Document more magic properties, trigger deprecated notices
* Use $controller->request->params instead $controller->params
* Remove unused variable

* It seems like $this->uses can also be of type false; however, parameter
$array of array_unshift() does only seem to accept array.
* Declare undeclared property
* Add extra type checks
* Adjust type check
* Improve documentation, initiate uninitialized variables.
* Improve documentation, reset variable

e31ce0d58f Add the HTTP Patch to the Content-Type check mechanism 
Currently when a request is of type 'patch' it is ignored. This commit makes
sure that the Content-Type is checked when a patch request is provided.

995d8d22c6 Disable reading XML files and URLs when handling user data. 
Allowing users to load arbitrary files/URLs with Xml is not desirable
when handing user input.

c998888fe7 Do not assume CONTENT_TYPE is available. 
In some server environments notably the CLI server, _SERVER['CONTENT_TYPE'] is not available.
In these cases, fall back to the HTTP_CONTENT_TYPE header.

e23c4ffad9 Fix empty response bodies when redirect URL's are empty. 
When redirecting XHR requests to an empty URL the response body should
not be overwritten.

Fixes #3835

e09bf02467 Cleaning up the RequestHandlerCompoent 
removing redundant code and shifting a few things around so there
are less nested ifs and making things easier to follow.

Removing some variable setting, returning function calls instead.

cdc70fc427 Make RequestHandlerComponent better simulate GET requests. 
Modify the global state to simulate a GET request.  This avoids issues
where PUT data would be processed during simulated redirect.

Fixes #3113

f1931e43ef Add class_exists() check for view class. 
Check that the view class hasn't already been mapped in the autoloader
before mapping it. This allows developers to map view classes from
plugins.

Fixes #2684
