06d6bbdbae adding fix to FormHelper::create() for plugin path with action, see #2342. Adding default sizes, maxlengths, and values to input. FormHelper::inputs() will now return all the fields in the model without the need to pass anything from the controller, uses a blacklist so some fields can be skipped. Added PaginatorHelper::numbers(), will output current page numbers, uses a modulus to decide how many to show on each side of the current page. Paginator::options() now allows setting default paging params

Added test for Ticket #2343
Added change to AclNode to use correct table naming
Added garbage clean up to CakeSession::_ _close(); some installs, like Debian, have removed garbage clean
up and use a cron job instead. Currently this change is only supported for database session.

76394b643f Refactoring loading plugin views and layouts. 
Plugin templates can be overridden in the app/views/plugins/$plugin/$viewPath directory
If template is not found in this directory or the app/plugins/$plugin/views/$viewPath a missing 
view error will be rendered

f22dc77ea1 Added fix for #1442. 
SessionHelper was creating a second instance of CakeSession which would call the session_start(). Added a second param that can be set to false so this does not happen anymore

3f2bc3ab82 Adding fix for PHP 5.2 errors. 
The View::__construct() had a check for $controller != null;
Removing this fixed the errors related to not setting the vars from the controller instance.

Removed $this->parent =& $this->controller->parent; and $this->displayFields=&$this->controller->displayFields; which are not defined in the core Controller
