4378bb6dc4 Fixed bug in CakeSchema where it determines the field position. 
- Respective tests were added.
- Schema files will now have 'after' => 'previous_field' on it.

cd6c370dd9 Adding tests method to Upgrade shell, fixing FooTestCase to FooTest. 
Also making sure the preg_match matches the right class and not move the file to other directory rather than tests.
The method `tests` need to be run before `locations` to work properly.

59e306526f Adding 'vendors' alias to App 
- Vendor is the new directory name, and a legacy mapping should exist.
  This makes App::path() match App::import() and all other packages.
- Add an alias for plugins -> Plugin.  It also was missing the alias,
  that matches the new style package names.

Fixes #1972

60981fcb4b Hardcoding 'app' in JsHelper 
Applying patch from 'Jelle Henkens'.
Hardcoding this value fixes issues where the variable name
would change if you renamed your app directory.  Fixes environment
specific bugs.

200c85c7c4 Ticket #1669, i18n: parse (multiline) strings concatenated with "." (for 1.3 branch) 
The patch  builds on the code of cake 2.0, but with this fix, comments are allowed, and an exception is thrown if invalid output is found. Examples:

__('Split' . ' string')    => ok
__('Split' . // Comment
    ' string')             => ok
__('Split' . $var)         => error
