bed87b87c6 Removing code from CakeTestCase around the method "testAction" which was a bad way of testing controllers, often making it more difficult. 
This also removes class contamination in newly created test cases

734e4fa87a Removing the conditional check around including custom session configuration files. This fixes issues where requestAction could cause loss of session settings, and improves the end developers ability to customize the session.
