Fix issue and remove unneccesary code. The (fixed) conditional doesn't do anything, since if Hash::get returns null, the function still returns null.

Restrict page number passed to view.

Fix SessionComponent::id() not returning the id.
...
When reading the id() with SessionComponent, the session should
auto start, otherwise you could get null back. This makes the return
more consistent.
