c6d8b477fc Prevent autoload when checking for the existence of HttpException 
The class_exists check has been added in 4f29f58a5e (L1R28) to prevent a side effect with a PECL extension.

However if an autoloader such as the Composer one is loaded, it will try to require this `exceptions.php` file again:
```
    'HttpException' => $vendorDir . '/pear-pear.cakephp.org/CakePHP/Cake/Error/exceptions.php',
```
this will result in a "Fatal error:  Cannot redeclare class CakeBaseException"

6bf9363217 Add option to skip exception types for logging. 
add blacklisting for logging exceptions

add test for skipping exception logging, and fix typo and cs

add example to docblock in core.php for skipLog

remove app_error.php skips, those are no longer used in 2.x

use assertContains instead of assertRegExp

check for instanceof, instead of matching names

3d4ebc038c Throw exceptions when non Datasource classes are used as Datasources. 
Using models as datasources can cause segmentation faults. Guard against
that by checking types and raising exceptions early.

2ba117eeda Handle MissingViewExceptions better. 
When Router::parseExtensions() is enabled for a file extension
that does not map to a view an infinite loop of attempting to render
View/$ext/error500.ctp will be entered. When catching
a MissingViewException check if we were trying to render an
error500. If we were, revert to safe rendering as we might enter a loop.

3083b01f7d Fix exceptions being thrown in beforeFilter breaking error pages. 
If an exception was raised in the AppController::beforeFilter(),
requests for content-type responses would render as HTML. Extracting the
startupProcess() allows us to keep a reference to the error controller,
which can be used to force startup RequestHandlerComponent if its
enabled.

9ce216b09d Revert "Fix missing view variables." 
Commit 7416c53 shows error message from last exception instead of first one
and also displays framework specific error messages instead of generic ones with debug off.
We don't want either.

This reverts commit 7416c530a2.

07d9a75fcb Helpers in custom CakeErrorController are lost 
Since many exceptions do not have its own 'template' file, customized
APP/Controller/CakeErrorController with its own list of helpers could be
ignored.

This happens becase ExceptionRenderer is forced to to use _outputMessageSafe
when a template is missing.  This causes Controller::$helpers to be reset with
default values.

7416c530a2 Fix missing view variables. 
When rendering a exception caught when rendering
an exception, some view variables were missing causing fatal

77f698dbcd Fix which request is used for error pages. 
The most recent request in the request stack should be used,
as it is most likely the request containing an exception.

Fixes incorrect error pages generated inside requestAction() calls.

ee083e047e Fix errors with missing sub directories. 
Missing content-type specific errors shouldn't trigger fatal errors.
Instead a html view should be rendered as a last resort.

cfbc43671e Starting content type specific error pages. 
- Adding RequestHandler to the error controller.  This allows reuse
  of all of Cake's internals.
- Adding a simple JsonView class to do serialized JSON views.
- Adding serialize hooks, and wiring things together.

3e2f8ddf98 CakeException subclasses render correctly now. 
CakeException subclasses without their own view files, would trigger
a MissingViewException, which would result in no application helpers
being used.  This could cause issues when app helpers are used
in the layout.

Instead a error500 template is rendered using app helpers.

408e785d5e Display datasource name in exceptions and error page. 
When working with multiple databases, it's helpful to display
the datasource name that is requested by a given model.

18a34c03a4 Fix issue where unknown exceptions would be squashed. 
Fix issue where unknown exceptions with error codes that were not
in HTTP ranges would be ignored.  In development those messages
should display.

d62351eb36 Revert the changes done to remove the 'cake' domain 
After some discussion, polutting the app POT file
with unchanging Cake strings was incorrect.  Having these
strings in a separate POT file allows reuse of translations across
projects.

aa7448e3ed Fixing incorrect exit codes on console exceptions. 
Uncaught exceptions on the console would result in exit code 0.
This is not helpful in *nix scripting.

- Update the ConsoleErrorHandler to not inherit from the web error handler.
- Make ErrorHandler::_mapErrorCode() public as it isn't overly private.
- Make ConsoleErrorHandler methods instance methods so mocking can be done.
- Add a _stop method to correctly exit.
- Update tests.
